Why Does This Command Exist?

ArtiFrame focuses heavily on Developer Experience (DX). This command aims to prevent you from getting lost in GitHub repositories when you encounter a framework issue. By reporting issues from the terminal with artiframe suggest, and reading the replies with artiframe issues, you can continue working without leaving your focal point (IDE/Terminal).
